If some of you folks are electricians, you need to go back to class and I'll do my own wiring (and I did my own, thank goodness). I'm not and electrician but I know how it is supposed to be wired. Many of you are saying the same thing but saying that the other is wrong.
You can call it whatever you want but you had better be supplying only 120 volts to your motorhome receptacle outlets and appliances. You should have 12,000 watts available. To make it more simple, a 50-amp service has 4 wires with two 120-volt HOT feeds,,,,,,,,,, like Dougrainer said.
