6 Volt Batteries

Bought my 4 Interstate GC2 6v batteries from Costco in Las Vegas..$89.00ea

If you are in PA consider DEKA... the manufacturer is "East Penn. Battery Company" You might be able to get "Factory Direct Pricing" :)

Seriously, they are about the only remaining US manufacturer.. They also smelt their own lead. I am happy with mine.

I also saw a note about the batteries not being available in all states.
It listed the states but, Pennsylvania is not one of the states they are available.

I'll be looking for another source for my 6 volt batteries.

Costco only has them at selected stores.. Wal*mart, I suspect special order only.

Sams, is much more likely to have them "In stock" but even there not 100%.

I went to a Deka dealer myself, Paid too much but.. Man were those suckers heavy.. AND.. For the first time EVER.. they SUCKED 100 amps (When paried with my other batteries) out of the inverter... I hit 90 with the old batteries many times, but never 100 before.

Sam's Club sells Golf Cart batteries only in their stores.

Our local store handles Duracell® Golf Car Battery - Group Size GC2.
They are made by Deka East Penn Manufacturing. I am going to replace mine in the next two months.

I just replaced my 4 GC2 batteries, for $81 each from Advance Auto. Our local store didn't have them, but he called to the next town over and they had 6 in stock. The regular price was $116 but they price matched the Farm and Fleet down the street, who also had them.

I also noticed that Costco doesn't show anything online about golf cart batteries, but Samsclub does. I picked up my last pair 4 years ago from Sams and they had Interstate GC2 at the time. We needed battery boxes for the new 6 volt batteries and found some at our local Interstate dealer, and while there saw the same GC2 batteries for nearly twice the price. You can get golf cart batteries at many locations as suggested above, but they won't be able to match Costco and Samsclub pricing.

I just checked the websites thinking I could have them delivered to the local store.

The nearest Costco is about 35 miles away. There is a Sam's Club in the same general area. I'll go to their store and check.

You got to go to the stores to see and get them. Never seen a GC2 at a Wally World but Sam's club general carry them, but again you got to go to them.
