That's our average speed too in zones with speed limit 65 and higher...fully agree our--our mpg is optimized. We aren't in a hurry! Our experience with other traffic is about the same...those that drive faster will be in the outer left lanes and we have the right lane to ourselves. On two lane roads that generally have lower speed limits this works especially great. Depending on terrain, weather, etc. we average 8-10 mpg.
