76 Dodge Sportsman Class C, Brake Issues, wont hold pressure

I have had a couple of brake boosters that did that they can drive you nuts, the reverse can also be caused by internally swollen hoses, the brake caliper will not return and hangs up creating a hot brake and dragging to that side, most people will try to align the front end and it is a dragging caliper.

I had an old Volvo station wagon do that did that after a hard brake on the freeway, by the time I got home the hose and caliper were on fire.
