I have an A&E leveling system on my 1988 HMC. I learned that the jacks themselves were made by HWH. I have the kind that fold down before the hydraulic ram extends (I think it is a 9000 series, but don't quote me). Anyway, I called HWH, and they were able to help me get mine up and running. They were very knowledgable, helpful, and speedy.
My control panel looks different from yours, but I suspect it operates very similarly.
