Sorry it's the evaporator that freezes up not the condenser!
To the OP: Make sure the compressor is running. Cycle the system off wait about 5 to 7 minutes, turn it back on. There should be two distinct sounds. 1)The sound of the fan, then after a couple of seconds 2)The sound of the compressor kicking on a low moaning sound.
