Does our Sunova have an EMS system? According to the specs, it does. Are you on 50 amp service? IF on 50amp service, does it show 50 amp service? This is critical. You may be on "Cheated" 50 amp service. If on Cheated it will not show 50 amp but 30 amp service. If so, your system probably has a Compressor shed system. If so, that means if NOT on 50 amp service or "cheated" 50 amp service, the compressors will not come ON, but the fans will. Due to the EMS system is only seeing 30 amps and realizes the system does not have the 120 service to run both AC compressors. Doug
