The grounding circuit for the jacks is at the brake release to activate the buzzer and light if it detects the jacks are down. The jacks might be up but there is a signal from the pump and solenoids that is saying the fluid is low and it thinks the jacks are still down. The light and the buzzer are powered from below and the wires going to them should just be grounds.
