94 Southwind House Batteries. Begging for help :(

To all those giving the OP advice, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/15918372/Latest%20BCC%20Info.pdf here is the documentation that shows how the BCC, Converter/Distribution Panel, Batteries and Generator are factory connected in his '94 Southwind.

Until he produces pictures and measurements of voltage and continuity through cabling, he will be difficult to help.

All indications are that there is cabling error or defect between the batteries or from batteries to ground.
