Ken if that tank was empty your green pressure is probably leaking and needs to be replaced. Remove the back plate that covers the hyd system and you can see in there with a flash light to see what is leaking. You can get a P 30 chassis manual on line that will describe the system . The brake shoes adjust like a drum brake on a car except the adjusting hole is on the top part of the drum instead of the bottom. I can't remember wether you pry up on the star wheel or down. I have it written down but am away from the MH. It is not that difficult. Good Luck.
