'98 Chieftain engine doesn't charge house batteries

Thank you for the info. I will look for the battery control center. O looked at the link and possibly my chassis battery is the issue? It doesn't seem to go above 13.3 volts. The charge does so I'm not sure if we're talking about the charge voltage with the engine running (over 14 volts) of the actual battery voltage after the engine is turned off (12.5) volts

someone else replied on another forum that most RV's don't do what I'm thinking mine should, but my manual said otherwise?
