In general, there are steer tires and drive tires. The drive tires are the ones that make the most noise because they have a more aggressive thread pattern to grip in wet and slippery conditions.
Most class A owners put steer tires on all rims because, for the most part, we don't need the traction. Although I've never owned a set for an RV, I would expect (based on price) that Michelin to be the quietest. The Yokos I have on the Sahara do give off a whine at certain speeds.
