You're dating yourself by using the name "Payloader". The only machines carrying the official name Payloader were made by the Hough (Huff) company in Illinois. Hough was an independent company from 1931 until 1952 when it was sold to International Harvester. The company was dissolved in 1966 when it became a division of IH. The last machines that carried the Payloader name were built in 1982. That year IH sold the division to Dresser Industries. Dresser industries sold part of the business to Komatsu in 1988 and the remainder in 1994. Komatsu is now the second largest supplier of construction equipment in North America.
