I guess I'll take your word for it since I haven't stayed in Tennessee. But a quick check of their website says alcohol isn't allowed in areas opened to the general public. Are campsites considered areas open to the general public? The inside of my motorhome certainly is not an area open to the general public so they can't limit alcohol there. Many areas have lots of restrictions on alcohol and many of those alcohol restrictions carry exceptions. So like I said, I don't recall any state or federal park that I have stayed in banning alcohol at your campsite.
