He really did have the right stuff.
He made his last space flight in 1998, at age 77, to become the oldest man to ever go in to space. I flew my private plane over to the Cape to watch the launch, and NO, I was not the private plane that delayed that launch.
Glen never stopped supporting NASA and America. He will be missed.
