Notice it is a Cabover Japanese MDT not available in the US, neither is the toad Pickup Truck. Body is different. Pickup Truck has a 4.5litre V8 Diesel.

After the PU is unloaded the hydraulic cylinders lower the tongue of the boat trailer down and the PU takes it to the boat ramp. A lot of thought went into just the design of the trailer.
