Abandoned Motorhome

Wow. In spite of that person making a bad decision, I'm impressed that it's still basically in one piece. A lot of newer motorhomes would be shattered to pieces. I thought of the same thing another person mentioned about the article mentioning the stench - did anyone check for bodies? More than likely though it's probably the black tank and everything else left on board to rot.

I think it's a Monaco Dynasty. Ironically, over the windshield it says "On the Road Again". Hope they were ok.

Adds new meaning to the term "Drive like you stole it". Just looking at the damage to the passenger side A pillar and how the side of the coach is scraped up and the missing awning who ever drove it to it's current location had little regarding to the damage caused in route.

Yeah - I'm thinking the "vandalism" isn't vandalism so much as whatever raked down the right side of it. Took off the access doors, bent the side and entry door as well. After all, what would vandals want with the access doors?

Yeah, sorry. I should've mentioned that. The stench was from the black tank and from the refrigerator being left open.

The smell could be from someone's pants after they hit the bottom.

That road was built for trucks hauling ore. Any motorhome ought to be able to go up or down it safely. I've done it, no big deal.


But I'm not familiar with the Apache trail. Seems more like a stolen rig joyride than something an owner would do to their own motorhome.

Agree. The Moki Dugway is a piece of cake. I've seen big 18-wheelers on it and they do fine.
