If the coach has not been driven a lot, a sticking caliper is a definite possibility. A bearing going bad is also something that happens and if it was the bearing, you can count on a complete brake job for the front end as well as a new ABS sensor. Depending on how hot it got, you may need a new rotor as well.
Hopefully the bearing did not weld itself to the spindle. This can get expensive to fix.
