A/C belt tension

Looks like the adjustment screw is all the way tight. The belt looks too narrow as it sits way in the groove. Probably too long but the width could be the issue.
Any chance that pulley needs two belts? Get a matched set in the right size then it will adjust fine.

I can't imagine they put in the incorrect items. It was the same set up prior to replacing them with new ones. I had them replace them when I rebuilt the drive shaft. They came highly recommended.
The A/C runs fine I was only curious as to it's adjustment if needed. Hard to tell in the pic but there's slightly more than 1/4 in left in the adjustment side.
