IMO, at 14 years old I would not pay someone $220 to try and fix it. I would bite the bullet and get a new one. That said, the new ones will look like a piece of junk toy compared to your old one. I just recently replaced a 10 year old Coleman with a new one and it is comical how flimsy and cheap the new one looked compared to the old one we removed.
