Could be a thermostat problem.
Does it have an energy management system? What unit.make and model?
Inverter should not effect the AC as most rigs do not run AC units off inverter.
Try turning breaker off for AC units. Turn off unit one and see what happens, then do the same for second.
Is the rig a 30 or 50 amp shore power?
