we have a Dometic fridge and it keeps up quite well weather on A/C or propane.
If it is really hot we try and use the air conditioner to keep the inside of the motor home comfortable, but if boondocking, the fridge keeps up quite well. - SCVJeffExplorerRefrigerator

-Don't open the door
-Keep the fridge side of the coach out of the sun
-Use an internal fridge fan
-Add cavity fans if needed
