Its not 10 minutes. The compressor Time delay is about 2 minutes 45 seconds. The Fan on Auto will usually be 1 to 2 minutes. If you are concerned about the AC not coming ON, just turn the tstat to FAN instead of Auto. The fan will come on within 30 seconds. If NOT, then check your breakers. Doug
