access kitchen sink undercabinet 2015 Fleetwood Southwind

When kitchen faucet is on, water leaks from under the “floor” of the cabinet onto the coach floor. Can see no leaks from pipes when looking under the sink but cannot find access to area below cabinet...

No leak when off suggests downstream valve leak that you haven't identified or drain leak.

No clue about your cabinets but side/floor panes can often be removed and if not start with small holes for visibility. You can always make a thin plywood cover for a finished look.
