What chassis? What engine? Very few rear radiator DP's have fan clutches.
This unit has an electrically operated clutch for high/low speed. Pulling the fuse or disconnecting the clutch will force it to default to high speed all the time. - RollnhomeExplorer2008 Freightliner Cummins 6.7 ISB. Rear radiator.
- RollnhomeExplorerThanks for the info. Mine is out. Pulled the fuse so the fan runs full time. I'll get it replaced in Seattle area. I'll be sure to have them toque the bolts and use lock tight. Thanks again.

- CbonesExplorerI had mine replaced, and all they did was remove the radiator shroud and then they were able to access the fan bolts and clutch bolts. This was done through the access panel in the wardrobe closet. I will tell you that it is imperative to torque the bolts on the fan and the clutch to the proper spec. Additionally, use red loctite on the bolts. If that fan or clutch comes loose, you will have a very large paperweight radiator. Don't ask me how I know this!
