There is a thread on this somewhere in the archives. People have used cherry picking ladders with an extra leg that can stabilize the ladder from on side of the cab. One guy made a wooden scaffold stretching across side to side with crosspieces just over the hood and higher up. Half the work if you can park beside a wall.
I reached down from the roof and used a ladder leaning on the cabover a couple of times but I've only had a C for 7 years.
I see you have a .sienna, too. Our 2004 Sienna is still going strong. Just learned not to hire the dealer for "changing the transmission fluid" - it drains out just like changing engine oil and there is no filter to replace. Recommend Siennachat.com.
