Accessing the top & cab-over to reseal?

I used a ladder for the cabover area. My cabover has an escape hatch vent, so I can pop that open and stand up through it to check the roof and reseal around the escape hatch.
For the rest of the roof, I used s ladder for all the edges, then laid across the roof to reach the areas further towards the middle.
None of it was very "comfortable" as I have a fear of heights, but I could do it without too much stress and without feeling that I was pushing my luck with the ladder.
