I'm amazed you have sagging on a new E450 with only a 25-foor Class C on it. Our 31 came with Hellwig booster leaves on the rear springs. Somebody took them off before we bought it used. Still sits nose low.
I believe the Forest River 2420MS is a little over 27 feet, and it has a couple of slides on the driver's side ... so it might be just getting into the size/weight range where a stock E450 chassis is close to being level front-to-rear.
Depending upon individual rigs and how the owners load them, air bags or heavier rear springs maybe could help maintain height in the rear when camped and could help provide better control of bouncing and/or front-to-rear rocking when going down the highway.
I've had the same set of air bags on the rear of my 4X4 PU for years with no leakage or other issues at all. I just keep 10 lbs. in them at all times except when heavily loaded - and then I just pump them up using a tire pump to level the truck while loaded. They pump up super fast with just a few strokes of the hand pump because the volume of air contained within the two rear air bags is so small.
However, I'd like individually controlled rear air bags on our RV for another reason - to help quickly level the RV at some campsites maybe without having to mess around with leveling blocks. Hand pumped air bags would be MUCH easier and convenient - especially for only slight amounts of leveling when no blocks at all would be needed! The valves for filling/emptying rear air bags can of course be installed somewhere right at the rear so as to be convenient.
