Phil, you're right about the size of this coach. I've been looking at several threads on similar issues, at least one thread having more than one RV in it. Missed the OP's coach in this thread. Now that I look at it, and see the Wheelbase, I gotta ask:
OP, Have You Weighed this Coach? That body length on that wheelbase, could put a lot more weight on the rear axle than we'd think up front. The wheelbase of most RV's seems to be determined by Floor Plan, not Weight and Balance.
Trip to the CAT Scale at a Truck Stop (hopefully with camping load and occupants) could tell a lot. If you have a Toad, pull on with it connected. CAT will give you RV Front, RV Rear, and Toad/Trailer weights.
