- two_travelersExplorerPut them in our 2008 Sightseer (F53) a few years ago. They helped some with ride and the sway due to wind and trucks. It's still a hard riding chassis though.
- pkunkExplorerI tried Sumo springs on the front of my '99 and couldn't notice any difference in ride or handling. They graciously took them back and refunded my $$.
- carringbExplorerWhat are you trying to improve?
Betweeen Sumo and Timbrens, hands down I would pick SumoSprings. They are foam-filled, vs the solid rubber TImrens, and that will result in a better ride. That is why all the OEMs have switched to foam-filled bumpstops. - wildmanbakerExplorerSumo or Timbren will work, but check if you have a front track bar. It may be in the road for the supplemental system.
