Advantages of full time RVing?

Full-timing isn't for everybody. Winter before last we made it to 4 months before we were dying to get back home. Even the cat started sitting by the door wanting to be back home (he is purely an indoor cat & is NEVER by the door). The next summer and winter we refined our travels and found our sweet spot is 3 to 6 weeks. Beyond this, for us it is just too confining. Have to say our stick/block home is where everyone else travels to so it is like we are on a vacation all the time. Since I am a little hyper, the projects around the house keep me busy & too many toys to take them all on the road. Neither of us are the type that can set around even part of the day. My advice is try a 4 month trip first and see if full-timing fits your personality. I have met people who could not afford to get out of full-timing after they sold the house and were unhappily stuck. Good luck.
