Our Tioga SL is exactly like the Jamboree and the basement storage is AWESOME! So easy to load and get things out of. Plus the hookups are very accessible and easy to use, not stuffed in some tight covey hole like our previous RV's were. My wife loves all the counter space of the 31w.
If you decide on a 31', I definitely recommend you beef up the suspension asap. I added Helwig sway bars and Bilstein shocks to ours, and the difference in handling is dramatic. Also had caster shims installed to give it more positive caster for better control. Big rigs no longer knock it around when they pass and no more porpoising over bumps. Basically no more white knuckles and a pleasure to drive. Now I can drive comfortably at 65, whereas before, I was spooked to go much over 55. I may add air bags to the rear later on.
That Monaco would be a nice one since it has been garaged and original owner, and I see they have added air bags to it. It looks like they were towing a trailer with brakes since it has a controller. The dinette folds down into a bed, where our Tioga does not. It doesn't have as much counter space as ours because of the added barrel chair. Personally, I wish ours had a chair, but the wife wanted the counter space. That one looks like a good deal for the price.
