I am leaning towards the 2005 Monaco. Its hard to pass on this one as it is original owner AND garaged kept since new.
The floorplan is suitable for a family of 4.
I would have to drive 6-08 hrs to see it. Not sure if the owner lives near a weigh station. With a family of 4, traveling gear for 4-7 days, water, propane, chairs, gear, tongue weight of #250 (2500# boat), is not anything that is not being done by the vast majority of C owners of this same vintage Class C.
Is the weight of my plans going to exceed this Class Cs GVWR? Can't believe it would since I see so many of these pre-2008 models carrying much heavier loads?
In order to get to a like model/floorplan in a 2009, cost increases by $10-$15K
Thoughts?
