YES YES YES. The "rubber" roof will eventually need to be replaced. The fiberglass, no, but remember Any and Every roof has many potential leak sources, and therefore they all need inspection and maintenance.
I didn't recognize who Monaco was. They took over Holiday Rambler, and those were VERY good Class C's.
