Advice on a potential purchase - Fleetwood Pace Arrow

Nice rig, that was top of the line for gas class A that year. Most important is the with it being 12 years old is the condition, how is the roof, any signs of water intrusion, I believe that more miles is better than fewer, to a point.

My 04 had 22.5 tires and they were only built on the Wh chassis. They had serious problems with the Bosh brakes failing but that should have been fixed with the recall. Mine got to the point I had a problem with every trip so we dumped it when the service contract ran out.
