Advice on correct carb for 1988 P30 (CA emissions)

R4M4ME/C9698. $300.00 + $80.00 core at one well known source. I would move now. These carbs are not getting any easier to find. About 4 years ago I was looking for one for a customer and no one had any cores to rebuild. This included Holly who were heavily invested in the reman market for CA emissions at that time. I see that they no longer offer remans that are not Holleys.
