Advice on correct carb for 1988 P30 (CA emissions)

They run emissions testing that includes a visual inspection on 25 year old motorhomes? Wow.

I guess one point for Illinois. They test nothing older than 96. And the test on 96 and newer is an ODB2 scan only. And no testing on trucks or motorhomes.
