One of our chapters had a wonderful experience that way.
A 30+ coach rally had been planned at a park that was doing some serious marketing.
The wagonmaster was going by there and though to stop in on his way. When he got to the desk, they asked the age of the coach and he answered honestly that it was 35. Then they jumped up with the 10 year rule. He remarked that they had sent him mail inviting the group to rally there. That his one one of the newer at 35 and the oldest were were 40 that year. They stood fast.
So, he went out to his coach and got the paper work to cancel all the reservations that had been made and then stood there while they wrote him the refund check.
He went up the way about 10 miles to another park and reset the rally for less money and everybody had a great time.
We shy way from places labeled "RV Resort".
