Since you're dealing with an electrical/electronic item please post as many details concerning the controller as possible. Make, model, revision, pictures and such. Information overload when requesting assistance can be a good thing. What is difficult to describe might be easier with an image.
When I installed the bags and compressor on my coach I went with manual paddle valves and just ran air lines as needed.
