While I have always heard there is no such thing as a dumb question, this may be one. I have a 2014 Palazzo 33.2. While parked and running the front air conditioner with the generator we put something in the microwave. This had never been a problem before, but this time it felt like a breaker tripped and everything went off. After just a brief period of time the microwave would work perfectly but the air conditioner would no longer run off the generator. Is there a separate breaker that controls the air conditioner? Any suggestions as what to look for will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any help provided!
In many cases, there's a 20amp breaker on the genset that only controls the rear ac. Also bypasses the main breaker panel in the coach, when the gen set in running, so the rear air ac breaker in said panel is inoperative.
Then there are the EMS systems that shed certain loads and usually the ac's when the current draw goes over the main breaker value.
There may be a set of functional go lights on the panel that are out and usually one of the feeder breakers will reset them and get you going immediately.
Also, there may be a low voltage protector somewhere that cuts you off when the voltage drops below a certain amount and say, like maybe a 100 volts or so.
