Is it possible to upgrade suspension to air suspension for Sprinter chassis?
Suggest looking for solutions rather than a band aid. The place to start is, as a respondent said, is the tire pressures. "MOST" Sprinter based RVs with duals on the rear axle are rated at 11,030 lbs Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. IF the rear TP is high they will ride HARD! (personal experience)
Conveniently, thanks to the Feds, there is a placard on the driver door sill that will indicate the MAX PSI for the GVWR. You want to start with the recommendation. Usually, the tire 'wallahs' pump them up to max sidewall pressure or some guessed at PSI based on ???.
Start with the placard. If you know your actual... mission ready weight and it is less than GVWR, you may be able to sneak down a couple PSI as the extra PSI is not necessary.....
