The air dryer has to be changed out. Follow your maintenance book and change the filters as instructed. Failure to change the air dryer filter could cause brake failure.
Nothing to lubricate on the air brakes. There are fluids and compressor oils that get into the brake system, but that is where the air dryer and the draining of the reservoirs comes into the picture of eliminating any fluids found in the air system. That blast given by the air dryer will get rid of any fluids, but it is also recommended to pull on the lanyard cables to drain the rest if there is any.
Now the slack adjusters do have to be lubricated, but that is all done when the rest of the chassis fittings are lubed.
