I got a 2011 m/a Newmar it is not vented right I don’t think. When I look dn through the vent at back top corner of coach it looks like to me the vent has not been cut out that goes dn to the air filt...

Are you talking about the engine air intake?
I am ASSUMING this is a DP.
If DP, what is your air filter minder reading? That will tell you if you have a restriction.
