We have a 2014 Sunseeker 3010DS came BigFoot Jacks & airbags after using the jacks on our last 3 campout we noticed leak in airbags and needed to put air in airbags is this normal

No, you do not what to remove air from bags.
You may want to take some dish soap, mix it with water to make soap solution to try and locate the leak.
