New to Group.

My side door latch on top of door got stuck.  I removed the latch on the frame but Now I need to remove the latch.

First, I would like to know how to remove the plastic door panel.  Also, is there a cable that runs from the mid-door handle.

Second, is there an electrical locking system on the side door
