Their history dates back to being founded by John Crean, who was the founder of a little compamy called Fleetwood. He wanted to do one more MH that would have everything as standard and extra height with high HP and easy to drive. As stated the sidewall company had problems and the delamination problems were what drove everyone to the point of bankruptcy. I think Mr. Crean died in the midst of the problems and left his son to take over.
