Alliance Coach, Wildwood, Florida
The DW and I purchased a used Class A several months ago from Alliance Coach in Wildwood, Fl and wanted to share our experience.
The coach is a 2004 Damon Daybreak. It's a Workhorse with a GM 8.1 Engine. This Coach had 32,000 and from the paperwork it was owned and used in Florida, which was appealing due to the amount of rust found on some that came from up North.
After looking and a test drive, we started talking deals. There were some items that I wanted fixed so I listed these in the deal and said if any of these are a no go, no problem I will keep looking. We worked out a price and they agreed to my conditions.
There were some problems with the "repairs" that lead to numerous trips for delivery. Luckily, we only live a couple of miles from them.
At my request, I asked to meet with the owner (Allen). We sat down and talked for almost an hour. He listened and asked questions. At the end of our meeting, he said that he would be speaking with his people (as there is always two sides of any story) and would get back to me. I received a call (from him not one of his managers) in less than an hour. He said that they would make it right, which they did!
Alliance Coach sells a lot of higher end coaches worth a whole lot more than my used Class A but I was impressed with how I was treated by Allen. I have been in other dealerships and felt as if you are wasting their time unless you are willing to spend $250,000 or more on a rig but here was an Owner of a Multi-Million Dollar Dealership taking the time to deal with me personally, which they should but was all know how the world works. Also, Allen was very involved in my deal and even made sure to see me when I picked up our rig, just to make sure that we were happy.
So, if anyone is looking for a new RV or repairs in the Wildwood, Florida (Central Florida) I would have no problem recommending Alliance Coach.
