Allison 3000MH service cost
Transmission has 62K and is sluggish when shifting gears at times. Fluid level is fine. What can I expect to pay for a service replacing the current syn-tran fluid, filter, gasket etc.

Yes 36 months is the shelf life for the fluid.
You can extend your change interval with Transcend and doing oil sampling as long as it test good.
