Allison 6 speed w/lock out
Looking at an Allegro Breeze, and it advertises an Allison xmisson with lock out. What series Allison is this(1000..2000?). And what is lockout?

If the engine is rated at 300 HP or so, then it is probably the 3060. The 3000 is the same transmission with five speeds instead of six. The five speed was used with the smaller Cummins ISB engine. The Cummins ISC and ISL were sold with the 3060. The ISM & ISX use the larger Allison.
As for the lockout, I don't know what that is. Could you be referring to the exhaust brake?
