Allison 6 speed w/lock out
Looking at an Allegro Breeze, and it advertises an Allison xmisson with lock out. What series Allison is this(1000..2000?). And what is lockout?

I think that is a misnomer. The term I'm used to hearing is "lockup" which means that the torques converter is locked in top gear for the best mileage. That means there is no slipage. I'll ask the question on the Allison forum.
